By e-mail or telephone. The more of the following you include, the faster the reply:

- Rough dimensions or a sketch
- Part weight and size
- Cycle time or quantity
- Existing robot or controller
- Preferred date

Initial assessment
Normally within 24 hours we reply with an initial assessment: whether the task falls within our field, which approach suggests itself and what information is still required for a quotation.

Survey and concept
An appointment on site or online. We measure the installation situation, model the critical areas and agree a concept with you.

Quotation and delivery
You receive a quotation with a clearly defined scope — as a fixed price where possible, otherwise as a cost range with an upper limit.
