Positioning
An engineering office delivers a drawing. A systems integrator wants the whole project. The space in between is where we work: individual assemblies, modifications and one-off tasks — designed, procured and installed by the same people.
Whoever drew the assembly is there when it is installed. That removes the loop of “the drawing says A, the fitter finds B” — and changes made on the machine go straight into the 3D model instead of into an e-mail thread.
One gripper. One fixture. One part with no drawing, of which three are still on the shelf. Exactly the jobs that are too small for large systems integrators and too involved for an in-house maintenance team.
We come into the shop with measuring equipment and a tablet, record the installation situation and model it on site. The new assembly fits the space that is actually there — not the space shown on an old drawing.
