What to include

With these details we can usually say at first contact whether and how it can be done.

Photographs of the location — a mobile phone is fine, from two or three directions.
Rough dimensions or a hand sketch with the key distances.
Part data — size, weight, material, surface finish.
Cycle time or quantity, so the design is sized correctly.
Existing equipment — robot type, controller, compressed air supply.
Schedule — particularly if it is tied to a shutdown window.
If available: STEP, DXF or existing drawings.

What happens next: We normally reply within 24 hours with an initial assessment: feasible, not feasible, or which details are still missing. Documents are treated confidentially; a non-disclosure agreement is signed in advance on request.
