Area 01

Design and engineering

We develop mechanical assemblies in Fusion 360 and Shapr3D, specify the matching pneumatics and sensors and derive manufacturing drawings with tolerances, materials and parts lists.

What we do
Recording the handling task, designing the gripping concept, part and assembly design, selection of suction cups, cylinders, valves and sensors, collision and envelope checks in the 3D model, drawing derivation and parts list.
Which problem it solves
A part has to be handled for which no catalogue product exists. The gripper on the robot no longer suits the new format. An existing part has become too expensive to manufacture. Or the cycle time is not being met because the mechanics are at their limit.

You receive a concept that fits the robot already in place, the real installation envelope and the required cycle time — plus documents any supplier can manufacture from. No obligation to buy from us.

Procurement of manufactured parts and components

We obtain quotations, resolve technical queries with suppliers, monitor schedules and inspect parts on delivery — turned, milled, laser-cut and bent parts as well as pneumatics, sensors and drive technology.

What we do
Checking manufacturability before ordering (design for manufacturing), proposing materials and processes, enquiring with suitable manufacturers, technical clarification, schedule tracking, incoming inspection and, on request, delivery as an assembled, ready-to-install sub-assembly.
Which problem it solves
Purchasing has no time for technical queries on individual parts. Drawings go to three suppliers and come back three different ways. Or a small batch stalls because nobody is coordinating it.

One point of contact instead of six suppliers — and errors are found before ordering, not during assembly. You receive parts that fit together, on one delivery date.

Area 03

Industrial installation and technical service

We install and align gripping systems, gantry units and handling equipment directly in your production line, connect the pneumatic tubing, adjust the sensors and test the function before handover.

What we do
Installation and precision alignment in the existing line, pneumatic installation to the media plan, sensor setting and signal testing, final assembly of complex sub-assemblies with function testing, retrofitting mechanical guarding, and repair of mechanical components following a weak-point analysis.
Which problem it solves
The assembly has arrived, but nobody in-house has the time or experience to install it. A modification has to fit into a weekend or a shutdown. A station runs unevenly and nobody knows whether the cause is mechanical or in the sensors.
Your benefit
The modification fits your shutdown window, because installation and design are planned by the same people. Handover follows only after a documented function test.

Area 04

Retrofit and machine modernisation

Mechanically overhauling existing machines, fitting current sensor technology and bringing them closer to today's safety standards — instead of replacing a machine that still works.

What we do
Replacing worn components, realigning guides and bearings, repairing load-bearing structures, integrating current pneumatic and sensor components, bringing guarding up to the current state of the standards, adding assemblies to increase output, and redesigning existing parts from measurements where no drawing exists.
Which problem it solves
A machine still runs mechanically, but spare parts are no longer available. Scrap is rising because the guides have play. The guarding no longer reflects current practice. Or a replacement would be possible but hard to justify commercially.
Your benefit
Extend service life instead of reinvesting — with a clear statement in advance of what the modification achieves and where the sensible limit lies. If a modification touches on safety or conformity questions, we point this out early so you can clarify it in good time with the responsible bodies.

CAD and digital workflow

Design in Autodesk Fusion 360, plus tablet-based 3D modelling with Shapr3D directly at the machine — survey and first model in the same visit.

3D visualisation in the existing machine

New components are placed into the existing machine in the 3D model and checked before anything is manufactured — envelope, collisions and access are visible in advance.

Manufacturing documents

Drawings with tolerances, material and surface specifications, parts list and assembly notes — handed over in a format any manufacturer can work from.
